New York Fashion Week sponsored by Mercedes Benz ran from Feb 10 – Feb 17 in Lincoln Park, Manhatten. The seven days of high-end fashion may be over, but the excitement has only just begun – the Williamsburg Fashion Weekend also attracts a crowd. Williamsburg showcases a collection of clothes from young, up and coming designers and artists from all over the States. Mainly east coast talent seems to be scouted, but it is a breeding pool for designers to get their designs noticed.

The Ivy League college student, Emma Watson has recently announced her collaboration with People Tree, a fair trade clothing company. Watson worked closely with the in-house design team to create her gorgeous collection, “Love from Emma” which we are excited to say will be released on the 28th of February 2011. The line is young with cute message tees, short shorts, nautical stripes, spring colours and Ralph Lauren-esque woollens.
