After a week of slogging it out at the office (and possibly the dancefloor at your local cocktail bar) it’s time to unwind – and what better way than with a good old fashioned pamper sesh? Here’s how to get your pamper on this weekend…
What you’ll need:

Step 1:
Run yourself a warm bath, adding a half cup of bubble bath, one cup of muscle-soothing Epsom salts and 6-8 drops of your favourite essential oils to the mix for the ultimate sweet-smelling indulgent soak.
Step 2:
Pop on a nourishing hair mask (we love Moroccanoil Intense Hydrating Mask, $44.50), twist hair into a loose bun with a plastic hair clip and wrap your head in cling wrap to encourage the mask to sink into the hair shaft.
Step 3:
Flick off the bathroom lights and light some candles – soft lighting has been shown to have a calming effect on the brain, so candles are the perfect addition to any pampering sesh. Grab a glass of wine, a good book (or perhaps a good man..?) and hop in the tub. Soak for as long as desired. Soothing music optional. Screaming kids and whining husband prohibited – leave a note out saying they’re giving away free candy/beer at the local store, then lock the door when you hear them leave. Hey, we never said pampering was saintly.
