Elie Saab Launches Signature Scent

Known for his show stopping gowns, Elie Saab is now branching out into the world of fragrance.

The Lebanese designer has joined forces with Beaute Prestige International whose previous success stories include Issey Miyake, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Narciso Rodriguez.

 
Elie’s scent is said to capture the designer’s spirit in a bottle. The perfume, simply called Le Parfum, opens with notes of orange blossom. Jasmine is in the heart, while the base consists of cedar, patchouli and rose honey accord.

 
The unique baroque style bottle was inspired by a crystal object Saab had on his desk in Beirut and was brought to life by Sylvie de France.
Le Parfum is available next month with an accompanying collection that includes body lotion, body cream and shower gel.
